Rachel Harris is a transdisciplinary Canadian artist encompassing the fields of painting, sculpture, installation, performance and land art. Harris holds a BFA from Ontario College of Art and Design University. She has previously worked as a Hands On Centre volunteer in the Weston Family Learning Centre of the Art Gallery of Ontario where she shared her love of art with those of all generations. Her work centres around the interplay between the artificial world created by humans and the natural world that surrounds us. Harris focuses on humankind’s dualistic nature and perpetually intertwined ways of being.
